ING Ferri, part of Dutch financial services group ING Groep, has hired Alain Emè as a director within the corporate finance division.

He joins from Oddo Pinatton Corporate, a French investment banking group, where he was director of operations. Prior to Oddo Pinatton he worked in the mergers and acquisitions department of Crédit Agricole Indosuez. Before that he worked at BNP, where he started his banking career. ING Ferri became part of Banque Brussels Lambert in 1996, and in 1998 Banque Brussels Lambert became part of ING.
