Matrix Group, the fund management and finance house, has appointed David Coulson as group finance director and chief operating officer.

Coulson joins from Leopold Joseph, the quoted private banking group, where he was finance director for 10 years. At Matrix he will have a particular focus on information technology and operations, as well as finance.
