Morgan Lewis, one of the 10 largest US law firms, has hired Edward Reilly as a partner in its business and finance practice, specialising in advising private equity and venture capital fund investors and emerging growth companies.
Reilly will be based in New York. He previously worked for Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison where he was a partner. Francis Milone, chairman of Morgan Lewis, said: "The addition of Reilly reflects the firm's commitment to further developing our venture capital and private equity capabilities and better serving our emerging business clients." Morgan Lewis has nine offices in the US, as well as in Brussels, Frankfurt, London and Tokyo.
