Michael Hart, formerly of Morley Fund Management, has joined bfinance, the corporate financial portal, as relationship manager for the firm's push into institutional asset management.

Bfinance focuses on the information and transactional needs of finance directors. Over the last quarter the firm has seen an almost threefold increase in transactions processed. The firm was created in 1999 by a team of finance, journalism and management professionals. The portal combines a tool for financial directors and treasurers to launch online bid tenders for financial products alongside financial news, market rates and expert articles covering corporate finance and treasury issues.
