Newton Investment Management has appointed Harry Morgan as head of its private investment management division in Scotland, forcing a restructuring at his old firm, Edinburgh Fund Managers.

Morgan will be based in the Edinburgh office and will report to Mark Rayward, managing director of Newton Private Investment Management.
