NEX Group, the electronic markets and post-trade business founded by City veteran Michael Spencer, has lost the head of its business that helps clients manage risk in over-the-counter derivatives.

Per Sjöberg, who co-founded the TriOptima business 17 years ago, has decided to leave to pursue other ventures, according to a February 6 statement.
