NBGI Private Equity, a UK lower mid-market investor, has appointed Tim Kelly as the second member of a panel of senior industry advisers. The firm is to focus on food manufacturing as one of three key industries, and Kelly previously worked as chief operating officer of wine and spirits firm Constellation Brands. He has also worked at Unilever, Diageo, Coca-Cola Enterprises Europe and Rank Hovis McDougall.
