Amy Nauiokas was first named an FN Rising Star in 2007 after she was brought in as managing director and chief executive of Barclays Stockbrokers to re-launch Barclays Wealth under Tom Kalaris.

Now based in New York, Nauiokas has branched out from the financial industry to the world of theatre and film. She is a managing partner at Smuggler Films, where she oversees the business and distribution strategies of the production company. She also produces various independent film and theatre projects.
