NIB Capital and FundPartners join to offer one-stop shop

NIB Capital, the Dutch asset manager and private equity firm, has bought 50.1% of FundPartners, a pension fund services provider, to extend and expand the advice and products the two can market to pension funds.

NIB Capital, jointly owned by ABP and PGGM, the two largest pension funds in the Netherlands, wants to strengthen its position in so-called integrated or full-service solutions for pension funds, which combines advice on investments, administration and back-office services. Financing details were not disclosed.
