Nomos marketer set for second discrimination case

Jordan Wimmer, the marketer who last year took her former employer, hedge fund placement agent Nomos Capital, to an employment tribunal in search of £4m (€4.5m) compensation, has filed a second complaint in case her first is not upheld.

A customer services representative for the London Central Employment Tribunal, which is handling the cases and where Wimmer and her former boss Mark Lowe testified before a panel last November, said the new case had "just come in".
