Nomura banker claims discrimination worsened while pregnant

An experienced female senior banker told a London employment tribunal she was "reprimanded' for not skipping lunch to dedicate more time to work while she was pregnant.

Andrea Madarassy, 38, said in her witness statement that her manager at Nomura International in London shouted at her on a regular basis, directing "abusive, intimidating and threatening behaviour' towards her.
