Japanese bank is now halfway to adding the 20 analysts it wants in place in the US by the end of the year

Nomura has recruited a managing director from Goldman Sachs to co-lead US financials research alongside Glenn Schorr, who was hired from UBS in June. The bank is aiming to have a 20-strong team of analysts in place in New York by the end of the year.
