Nomura hires senior bankers from DrKW and Morgan Stanley

Nomura International has hired Dermot Mayes and Dolf Kohnhorst for its Asia Pacific and UK-based debt businesses, respectively.

Mayes, formerly a senior emerging markets debt professional at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein (DrKW), has joined as head of trading and syndicate for the Asia Pacific region. He was a managing director at DrKW with responsibility for primary and secondary emerging market debt, and has also worked at UBS Warburg and JP Morgan.
