Asian investors have poured billions of pounds into UK property since the Brexit vote

Nomura real estate arm buys UK investment manager

A Japanese property business with ties to Nomura has picked up a majority stake in a UK investment boutique, as money from Asian continues to flow into British real estate.

Nomura Real Estate Holdings, a listed company of which Nomura owns around a third, has taken a 74% stake in Lothbury Investment Management Group, with the remainder staying with Lothbury’s management team.
