Nordic Capital to float four companies in Stockholm

Nordic Capital, the Swedish buy-out firm, plans to float four companies on the Stockholm stock exchange and raise several hundred million euros next summer.

The proposal by Nordic Capital follows four initial public offerings on the Swedish market in the first half of 2002, three of which were brought to market by Industri Kapital, another Swedish private equity house. The four IPOs raised a total of €1bn ($990m).
