Investment bank North Sea Partners has hired Steve Paras as managing director and head of European Capital Markets. He was most recently managing director and head of the leveraged capital markets desk at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in London. In his new role he will work on the firm's capital market advisory business and on custom capital raising projects.
