UBS's asset management arm has agreed to sell its fund administration servicing units in Luxembourg and Switzerland to the custody giant Northern Trust.

The deal will allow the Chicago-based asset custodian to expand in Luxembourg and acquire local fund
administration capabilities in Switzerland.
