An independent Mayfair-based asset manager that buys stakes in specialist fund management groups, has bought an Australia-based infrastructure manager.

Northill Capital, which was founded in 2010 by the former head of BNY Mellon’s international asset management business Jonathan Little, has snapped up Hastings from Westpac Banking Corporation for an undisclosed amount.
