Norton Rose, the pan-European law firm, has hired Tak Matsuda from Allen & Overy. He is the second capital markets partner to be hired in a week to replace the debt team which resigned in May.

The firm appointed Laurence Garside from Lovells as an international capital markets and derivatives partner last week. Garside had been head of Lovells derivatives business.
