Norton Rose has strengthened its French corporate practice by hiring five partners and six lawyers from the French office of Sokolow, Dunaud, Mercadier & Carreras.

The five partners, all of whom have experience in M&A and private equity, will join the Paris office of Norton Rose in January. Following the arrival of the new group, the headcount of Norton Rose Paris will reach 150 people.
