Oslo-based asset manager Industrifinans has bought a majority stake in Gambak Fondsforvaltning, the Nkr700m domestic investment house, in a bid to diversify and expand.

Industrifinans has paid Nkr25m (€3.1m) for the 34% majority stake in Gambak as part of its effort to build up assets under management and add to its investment style and product capabilities.
