NPM Capital, the Dutch venture capital firm, has hired Roelof Prins as a member of the management board, to take over from Jasper Keijzer, who will retire in November.
Prins will be one of two managing directors of the firm, which invests in buy-outs, development capital and new technology in Europe. Prins will join NPM Capital in July, and will work on originating and executing deals. He is currently working for HAL Investments, the Dutch private equity investment firm, where he is a director. He previously worked for McKinsey.
