Numerix, a US analytics provider for derivatives valuations and risk management, has named Steven O'Hanlon as chief executive and president. Dr Gregory Whitten, who has been chief executive since 2003, remains as chairman of the board. O'Hanlon has been with the firm since 2002 and has overseen corporate and product strategy, field operations, global sales initiatives, product development and marketing communications.
