UK investment bank Numis will launch a new office in the European Union, after the firm had told some clients on the continent that it could no longer trade with them in the wake of the Brexit deal.

In an update ahead of its annual general meeting on 9 February, Numis said that despite the "minimal impact" of Brexit on its business, it plans to kickstart a new office in the European Union.
