The chief executive of Ice slams stock-trading structure on eve of closing deal for exchange

The man poised to be in charge of the New York Stock Exchange said Tuesday he thinks US markets are in some ways "not fair" and "fundamentally wrong."

Jeffrey Sprecher, chief executive of IntercontinentalExchange sharply critiqued US stock markets in remarks made Tuesday as Atlanta-based ICE is on the verge of closing its takeover of NYSE Euronext.
