Octel adds five new managers to investment roster

The £505m (€819.9m) pension fund of UK chemicals company Octel has completed its roster of new investment managers following a decision last month to drop Phillips & Drew and change the fund's investment structure.

The fund, which was advised by consultants Watson Wyatt, has adopted a more specialist investment approach in a move that sees five new managers taking over the £300m balanced active mandate previously managed by UBS-owned P&D.
