A judge has ruled that the remuneration scheme used by Odey Asset Management is unlawful, potentially meaning hefty tax bills for current and former executives of the hedge fund.

The case concerned the remuneration policy used by Odey Asset Management for its partners during the 2011/12 to 2015/16 tax years.
