‘Offer WFH options or I’ll quit,’ City bankers tell bosses as Delta fears soar

City firms face pressure to overhaul working practices permanently in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic.

That’s according to a Financial News survey of 110 senior finance professionals, 50% of whom say they would consider quitting their jobs if their employers didn’t offer flexible working options.
