Ogier announces management shakeup

Ogier, the legal and fiduciary services firm, has made management changes in its Jersey based executive team by appointing a new chief operating officer and finance director. Aaron Le Cornu has been appointed as chief operating officer. He replaces Helen Bunbury who is returning to Dublin. Le Cornu has been with Ogier since 2009, when he joined as group finance director. Jamie Bore has been named into Le Cornu's role as finance director. He has been with the firm since July 2009 and was most recently finance director for the fiduciary division.
