Old Mutual Asset Managers (OMAM) has set up an offshore umbrella company in Dublin, and has launched its first sub-fund, the UK Select Smaller Companies Fund.

The fund is managed by Ashton Bradbury, head of UK equities at OMAM, who also runs its £100m (€160m) UK authorised smaller companies fund.
