Christopher Airey, previously head of UK equity capital markets at Deutsche Bank, has joined Old Mutual Securities as head of corporate finance.

He has been drafted in to take over from John Folliott Vaughan who quit the institutional stockbroking and corporate finance division of Old Mutual, the UK asset management and broking firm, earlier this month.
