Old Mutual takes Tookey for float

Tim Tookey, the former chief executive of Friends Life, has agreed to return to full-time work at Old Mutual Wealth, as the firm gears up for a stock market listing later this year.

Tookey, who is currently a non-executive director of the £122 billion UK wealth manager, is stepping up to become chief financial officer, reporting to chief executive Paul Feeney.
