OM Gruppen, owner of the Swedish stock exchange, today launched a pan-European, internet-based share trading platform.

The first bourse to float, OM Gruppen has, in partnership with Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, now pushed further into uncharted territory with a new exchange concept. Called Jiway, it will provide a single access point to more than 6,000 US and European shares, complete with front and back end processing.
