Law firm Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson has hired Christopher Kandel to join the London office at the start of October, as a partner in the corporate practice.

Kandel's areas of specialism include acquisition finance, private equity and leveraged buy-outs, under both UK and US law. He has done a lot of work on complex international senior loans, mezzanine and project finance transactions.
