Omgeo, the global trade management solutions developer, has appointed Kathy Ball-Toncic executive director of its global straight-through processing (STP) partners programme.

Ball-Toncic will report to Dave Merrill, managing director of global operations. She will focus on ensuring the global alignment and effectiveness of the STP partnerships Omgeo forms with other industry suppliers.
