French private equity firm Omnes Capital, which spun out of Crédit Agricole four years ago, is seeking to raise approximately €730 million for a raft of new funds pursuing strategies including mid-market buyouts, renewables and private debt.

The fundraisings come as the firm looks to broaden its investor base beyond France and grow its assets under management, according to people familiar with the matter.
