OMX, the exchange operator and technology group, is to team up with a Finnish software group TietoEnator to launch a Nordic IT company early next year.

OMX, which operates five exchanges in the Nordic and Baltic region, has signed a memorandum of understanding with TietoEnator to provide systems and processing services to banks and brokers.
