Travel firm plans multimillion-pound sale

Open Destinations, a UK company that makes travel booking software for tour operators, is planning a multimillion-pound sale amid high demand for travel businesses.

The company, which is headquartered in London, has hired boutique adviser Clearwater International to run a sale of the business, according to two people familiar with the matter.
