London-based fintech company OpenGamma has appointed the former head of post-trade at Icap as chairman of its board, as its technology continues to gain momentum.

Mark Beeston, founder and chief executive of fintech venture capital firm Illuminate Financial Management who left Icap in January 2014, has replaced OpenGamma's co-founder Kirk Wylie as chairman of the board, according to a statement from the firm.
