Fidelity Worldwide Investment COO exits

Fidelity Worldwide Investment’s chief operating officer has left the $285 billion business, after the group decided the role was “no longer required”.

Chris Rimmer, a former COO at Barclays Global Investors and BlackRock, joined the firm in late 2009 as chief administrative officer at Fidelity International - the business was subsequently rebranded as Fidelity Worldwide Investment in 2011.
