Orange shareholders sue regulator over squeeze out

Minority shareholders in Orange have launched a legal challenge against French financial regulators for approving the terms of France Télécom's de-listing of its mobile phone subsidiary.

Colette Neuville, president of Association pour la Défense des Actionnaires Minoritaires (Adam), a shareholder rights group, said on Monday: "I have just filed a complaint at the appeals court."
