Chief operating officer exits Oriel Securities

Susan Gordon, chief operating officer at mid-cap broker Oriel Securities, is to leave the firm at the end of the month

The chief operating officer of Oriel Securities is set to become the latest senior departure from the mid-cap UK broker, Financial News has learned.

Susan Gordon, who first joined Oriel Securities in 2009, was removed as a director of the firm at Companies House last week. A spokesman for the company confirmed her departure and said she was leaving to found her own employment law practice. He added: "Oriel wishes her well with her new venture."
