Merrill Lynch has continued its hiring spree in UK corporate broking by recruiting Andrew Osborne as a senior director from Hoare Govett.

Osborne is the third external hire which Merrill has made to strengthen its corporate broking effort following last month's departure of a five-strong team to Morgan Stanley.
