Oxford Advisors launches new share class for alternative fund

Oxford Advisors, the fund of hedge funds firm, has added another share class to its alternative fund which will offer higher returns and more exposure to non-dollar long-short equity funds than its existing classes.

The new share class will target annual returns of 12% to 15% with a volatility range of 4% to 6%. Assets allocated to the new share class, E, will be allocated among 20 to 30 managers and have a higher concentration to specific managers than existing share classes of the fund. Strategies will remain the same as in any previous share classes, A or C, but with a different allocation. Share class D is closed to new investors and B was discontinued with investors allocated to A.
