Oxford Investment Management, the fund manager led by former Deutsche Asset Management investment chief Karl Sternberg, has hired Peter Wolton and William Bourne as business development consultants.

The pair, who have a combined fund management experience of 50 years, will have specific responsibility for business development within the charity and endowment sectors.
