Paco Ybarra, a long-serving Citigroup executive who leads its institutional clients group, is stepping back from the US bank after nearly four decades.

Ybarra, who has worked at the bank for 36 years and leads its biggest business line, is leaving the bank, according to a memo seen by Financial News.
