UK mid-market buyout firm Palamon Capital Partners has appointed a chief financial officer as it continues with plans to double its staff numbers over the next three years.

The firm hired Gary Pritchard from insurer Catlin Group, where he had worked for 12 years. Most recently, he held the position of chief financial officer of the group’s UK division and head of finance operations.
