Buyout firm Palatine Private Equity has hired Andy Strickland as investment manager and Ben Jones as business development manager. Strickland joins the southern based investment team from Clearwater Corporate Finance, where he was an assistant director in the technology team. Jones joins from leadership organisation Criticaleye.
