Parallel Ventures, the private equity co-investment firm, closes its third year with a tie-up with Emerald, an Italian private equity fund advised by PM & Partners.
In recent weeks Parallel has expanded its long-term relationships to include Acland in France and Equivest in Germany. Emerald will further deepen its exposure in continental Europe, where it expects to invest up to 30% of the £200m (�m) it is looking to invest next year.
