Parker Global Strategies, a manager of managers and consultant within the alternative investment arena, has hired Frank Orzechowski as chief operating officer.

Orzechowski, who joins from the London-based arm of Greenwich Capital Markets, will be responsible for risk management, technology, operations, accounting, compliance and human resources.
